Esther Ayodele is a Talent Development Expert, Faith-driven Digital Entrepreneur, and Coach committed to building systems that develop young people from clarity to competence.Over the past five years, Esther has built and led large-scale youth development ecosystems across Nigeria and diaspora, impacting over 10,000 young people through structured coaching programmes, faith communities, leadership initiatives, and skill-based finance systems.She is the founder of Purposeful Development Ltd - a professional coaching and consulting company for young achievers. She is also the President of PTTC Global with presence in 10 universities.Through Purposeful Coaching Academy, Esther has coached over 2,000 individuals across 15 countries, helping them transform their knowledge into income, build sustainable career pathways, and develop the competencies required for meaningful impact.Esther is a Certified Professional Life Coach through Transformation Academy (UK). She is an alumna of the Young Women Leadership Programme by LEAP Africa and a Future Forward Female Award Nominee. She is also a recipient of the JCIN OAU Top 10 Outstanding Young Persons Award in Community Leadership and Humanitarian Service.She holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University, where she served in national leadership roles within the Physics students’ body.Esther is an author of seven books/journals read by over thousands of people globally.

I’m committed to raising a generation that refuses to waste their twenties scrolling through other people’s success wondering “what if” and instead build lives that actually matter.My passion is simple but fierce: to equip ambitious Gen Zs with everything they need to start executing on their God-given assignment.I believe that you will either drift through your twenties reacting to life, or you will build through your twenties creating the life you want. Both paths require work. But only one rewards you with purpose, profit, and the deep satisfaction of knowing you didn’t waste your potential.
